what is an apprenticeship? Is there any benefit?

What is an apprenticeship?

What is an apprenticeship? Why does it have a huge benefit to inexperienced people? Can we find a job after the apprenticeship?

What is an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeship is also a preferred form of business for those who do not have much work experience but want to be allowed to brush up and accumulate more skills and knowledge. This is especially common with businesses that anticipate requiring apprentices in the future or have reserve needs at times when the company’s human resources are the available possibility of many changes.

In fact, apprenticeship is an opportunity that most young people, if they have not accumulated enough experience and skills, should take it. It is a perfect stepping stone to finding a job with clear training and opportunities to develop missing skills.

Income while studying

During the apprenticeship at companies, you will normally be paid, but not as high as a full-time employee. Because there is a cost in terms of personnel in the business when supporting your apprenticeship costs, most businesses will want to make the most of your abilities and capabilities.

Apprenticeship is different from an internship in that you can create a product or service during the apprenticeship itself. Through training courses or businesses that send longtime employees to tutor, you will accumulate a lot of practical knowledge and hands-on experience for the job.

Opportunity to gain experience

Moreover, an apprenticeship is an opportunity to apply what you have learned to work. Most businesses will teach you jobs based on goals or assignments, check your incomplete knowledge and skills, and provide you with more direction to complete the job or the assigned item.

After a certain period, we will periodically check what you have achieved during the apprenticeship, thereby having a direction to add knowledge and skills as well as to be had a chance to have the recruitment decisions at the end of the training period apprenticeship time.

Apprenticeship opportunity

Apprenticeship opportunities are often less than internship opportunities. However, in terms of subjects, an apprenticeship does not require you to be a final year student of a university or college. You may have graduated but feel that your skills and knowledge are still lacking, so you want to learn in practice, this should not be a barrier.

In addition, as I analyzed above, the possibility of you being retained as an employee and getting a job is much higher than an internship.
