Graduate find job or what time?

graduate find job

Graduate find job. Is it the best choice or choosing another time is a story that many students wonder about. Regardless of education level, skills, experience, ethnicity, religion, and many other factors, except for those of you who start a business right after finishing formal education, each of us has a point to start looking for yourself a job. I am not talking about temporary jobs here.

The goal that I want to aim for and share with all of you here is a full-time job, one that many of you define as an eight-hour day.

Especially for young people who have just left the learning environment graduated and entered the labor market, there will be more or fewer surprises.

Graduate as a benchmark

What I am emphasizing here is the time to look for a job, in which the timeline that I give as a standard is just graduating. Why is this a milestone that I need to pay attention to?

Indeed, the period before graduation is one of the extremely busy periods for students. You will have to complete all required courses of the school related to your major, supplementing yourself with certificates outside of professional knowledge such as informatics and foreign languages.

In addition, you may also do an internship report or write a thesis and defend a thesis.

Depending on your personal interests, conditions as well as views, some may wait until they finish their exams and receive their diploma, rest for a while, and then start looking for work.

Some others may have just finished the exam and rushed into the job market to look for opportunities, and many of you who are still in the process of completing the graduation procedures have been looking for a job.

Assuming all other conditions are unchanged and the ability to search for job information and the academic performance of the students preparing to graduate is not much different (indeed, few employers check each module or If your subject scores are good, except for specific job positions), your chances are already a bit different.

Understandably, two friends are looking for work two times a month apart. If your job search goal, graduation major, and other conditions are the same, you may have had recruitment information from several companies before.

Besides, the time of graduation will determine that a large number of students will enter the labor market. This in the short run causes supply to exceed demand (the number of job seekers is much larger than the number of jobs currently hiring).

At this time, competitive pressure will increase and the probability that you will find a job you like will also be much higher. Therefore, being one step ahead when others are not well prepared is considered a good initiative to increase your probability of success.

Graduate find job. Consult the moment from the labor market

In addition, we also need to note whether your new graduation date coincides with the recruitment season for companies. Because that will be a huge factor in determining the job market.

Choosing the right time, right position, and right capacity will soon help you get a job. You can adjust the plan to match the human resource needs, looking for employees of businesses. You don’t have to get a degree to find a job.
