Newspapers are a traditional form of updating information for a long time and were previously used by many businesses to post job advertisements. However, with the development of the Internet, finding a job via online channels seems to be more popular. However, newspapers still play a certain role and have not completely disappeared in terms of roles.

Finding job information is one of the important factors that help you get a job. Unless you are excellent, have a lot of connections, and are always eyed by many businesses to offer jobs, most of us have to follow a common process of finding job information, submitting CVs, and applying for jobs. Then waiting for information about an interview.

Although digital newspapers are becoming increasingly popular, it is not uncommon for many people to hold a newspaper every morning and read it while enjoying a cup of coffee. Usually, in the brochures attached to newspapers, you can find a lot of information from product introductions, real estate, job opportunities, etc.

Although newspapers no longer hold their unique position in the transmission of information, there is still a large audience that prefers this form. These are people between the ages of 30 and 49 years old. Even at the age of 50, the number of newspaper viewers can be even more. 

The information on the paper is mostly verified and censored before being published and is more political than the websites. The information responsibility of newspapers is generally at a higher level than that of websites or news sites on the Internet.

Although the paper newspaper has entered a period of recession, even further “about to end its historic role”, referencing recruitment information on it will still be one of the channels that you should refer to consider. 

Most of the recruitment information from these sites will probably come mostly from middle-aged HR professionals who are used to the old forms of newspapers, or from long-standing traditional businesses.

Postings will probably rarely be aimed at young people, but for the middle-aged masses, the “classic” nature of jobs has changed little over time. Some habits are as deeply rooted in the mind as reading newspapers, and those who have this habit must be over 30 years old. 

Jobs aimed at the above middle-aged audience can completely use newspapers to publish. If you are a middle-aged person looking for a job, you can also read the newspaper as a useful information channel.

In addition, some state-owned or localization enterprises may still use newspapers to spread their recruitment news. You can also see advertisements in newspapers to see if any state-owned enterprises are recruiting. Although this is not common.

And finally… any business can post a job in a newspaper. Not what we think is true and logical will always be. Maybe simply because businesses .. like to post jobs in newspapers. They always have the right to choose the right recruitment channel for themselves. 

So spending a few minutes every day looking for information from newspapers is not too tiring.
